Chelsea is the newest housing we work on in the metro, and that makes it the most predictable in a good way. Almost everything here has gone up in the last twenty-five years as the 280 corridor filled in through Shelby County — straight continuous fascia, sound seamless gutter, wide frontages, and lots that sit on rolling ground with woodland behind. The houses are big, the rooflines are simple, and the peaks are high.
That combination is exactly what permanent lighting was designed for. A track under the roofline reads as trim in daylight and one install covers December, a Fourth of July weekend and everyday warm white. Seasonal displays are busy here too, mostly bought by people who have already discovered how far off the ground the front gable is.
What a Chelsea install actually takes
Height on sloping ground. The frontage is usually reachable; the back of the house, where the lot falls away toward the trees, frequently is not. That is lift work and it needs a plan, not optimism, so we walk the property first and price the run we can reach properly. Fixings are straightforward on stock this new, which means the time goes into access rather than hardware.
Chelsea is also spread out, so scheduling matters. Being downtown puts us up the 280 corridor rather than across it, and in-season service calls get grouped so a dark section does not wait on a half-day drive.

Christmas and seasonal light installation in Chelsea
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.
Permanent outdoor lighting in Chelsea
Permanent lighting is a slim track fixed under the roofline that stays up all year and reads as trim from the street. Run warm white on an ordinary evening, color through December, orange and white for a Saturday in autumn, or switch it off entirely. It is all controlled from an app, so nobody climbs anything.
We install two systems. JellyFish is the one most people have heard of and we are an authorized dealer. Bosso is an alternative with its own fixture and control system that suits some rooflines better. We bring both to the consult and tell you which fits your house, including when that is the cheaper option.
