Lighting built for Vestavia Hills rooflines
Vestavia Hills runs along the crest and slopes of Shades Mountain, and the elevation is the first thing we plan around. Houses here are seen from below as often as from their own kerb, so the roofline outline does more work than the detail does. The stock is mixed in a useful way: mid-century brick and stone on the older streets near the crest, and considerably newer, larger housing in Liberty Park and Cahaba Heights with the straight fascia that a permanent track likes.
That split decides the recommendation more than anything else. Liberty Park and the newer Cahaba Heights houses take a permanent track cleanly and it disappears into the trim line. On the older crest streets, where fascia is shallower and interrupted, a well-built seasonal display is often the better answer — and we will say so rather than sell up.
What a Vestavia Hills install actually takes
Slope is the recurring problem. A house that presents as a two-storey from the street can be a full three storeys at the back where the ground drops toward the valley, so the rear run is a different job from the frontage and needs different access. We walk the whole property, settle where the lift can stand, and price the run we can actually reach safely.
There is commercial and institutional work here too — church and school frontages, offices along 31, and the small retail on the crest. Those want a clean permanent run rather than something rehung each year, and they get scheduled around service times and trading hours.

What we install
Christmas & Seasonal
Full-service holiday displays: design, commercial-grade lights, installation, in-season service, then takedown and storage.
JellyFish Permanent
Track-mounted permanent lighting tucked under the roofline. Millions of colors, app controlled, holiday or everyday.
Bosso Smart Lighting
A permanent lighting alternative with its own fixture and control system. We fit it to homes JellyFish does not suit.
Commercial & HOA
Storefronts, offices, common areas and entrances, scheduled installs that work around your business hours.
Christmas and seasonal light installation in Vestavia Hills
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.

Permanent outdoor lighting in Vestavia Hills
Permanent lighting is a slim track fixed under the roofline that stays up all year and reads as trim from the street. Run warm white on an ordinary evening, color through December, orange and white for a Saturday in autumn, or switch it off entirely. It is all controlled from an app, so nobody climbs anything.
We install two systems. JellyFish is the one most people have heard of and we are an authorized dealer. Bosso is an alternative with its own fixture and control system that suits some rooflines better. We bring both to the consult and tell you which fits your house, including when that is the cheaper option.
Commercial and HOA lighting in Vestavia Hills
We light storefronts, offices, entrances and common areas as well as homes. Commercial work is scheduled around your trading hours so the install never costs you a business day, and a larger property can be phased across several visits.
If an HOA, a landlord or a historic district has rules about fixture color, brightness or where a track may sit, bring them to the consult and we design to them from the start rather than asking for an exception later.
