Lighting built for Trussville rooflines
Trussville is two things at once, and they want different work. The Cahaba Project is a New Deal-era planned neighbourhood of modest, carefully detailed houses on tree-lined streets, where the daytime appearance of a fixture matters as much as the lit result. Out from there, the growth east and north along 11 and 59 is modern subdivision housing — straight fascia, seamless gutter, two-storey fronts — that suits a permanent track without argument.
On the newer side permanent lighting is the obvious recommendation. In the Cahaba Project we are more careful: shallower fascia, older gutter profiles and a coherent streetscape mean a seasonal display designed around the trim is often the better answer, and where a track does go in it needs to be genuinely invisible in daylight.
What a Trussville install actually takes
Two different sets of fixings on the same job list. The newer houses hang quickly but sit tall, and a walkout rear puts the top run further off the ground than the frontage suggests. The older Cahaba Project houses are reachable but far less uniform — fascia, drip edge and gutter vary house to house, sometimes along one street, so the clip is chosen per edge on site.
There is commercial frontage along the main corridors and around the civic centre, mostly retail and office, plus church and school work. Those get scheduled around trading and service hours and are usually permanent rather than seasonal.

What we install
Christmas & Seasonal
Full-service holiday displays: design, commercial-grade lights, installation, in-season service, then takedown and storage.
JellyFish Permanent
Track-mounted permanent lighting tucked under the roofline. Millions of colors, app controlled, holiday or everyday.
Bosso Smart Lighting
A permanent lighting alternative with its own fixture and control system. We fit it to homes JellyFish does not suit.
Commercial & HOA
Storefronts, offices, common areas and entrances, scheduled installs that work around your business hours.
Christmas and seasonal light installation in Trussville
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.

Permanent outdoor lighting in Trussville
Permanent lighting is a slim track fixed under the roofline that stays up all year and reads as trim from the street. Run warm white on an ordinary evening, color through December, orange and white for a Saturday in autumn, or switch it off entirely. It is all controlled from an app, so nobody climbs anything.
We install two systems. JellyFish is the one most people have heard of and we are an authorized dealer. Bosso is an alternative with its own fixture and control system that suits some rooflines better. We bring both to the consult and tell you which fits your house, including when that is the cheaper option.
Commercial and HOA lighting in Trussville
We light storefronts, offices, entrances and common areas as well as homes. Commercial work is scheduled around your trading hours so the install never costs you a business day, and a larger property can be phased across several visits.
If an HOA, a landlord or a historic district has rules about fixture color, brightness or where a track may sit, bring them to the consult and we design to them from the start rather than asking for an exception later.

How it works

02
